Our Church.Why should I join?
The New Testament clearly teaches that individual Christians should partner together in a local church. We are not customers in a religious business. We are members of one body.
Consumer orcontributor?
Membership creates space for accountability, encouragement and service. It is not a club, a country club, permission to divide, or a substitute for salvation.
Lovingly given and received.
God uses other believers to sharpen us as we follow Christ.
Proverbs 27:17 (ESV) →Stir one another toward love.
We celebrate growth and keep calling one another toward faithful action.
Hebrews 10:24 (ESV) →Grace for the common good.
Every believer receives gifts meant to strengthen other people.
1 Corinthians 12:7 (ESV) →Membershipis not...
A church belongs to Jesus. Its mission is not determined by consumer preference, and membership never becomes permission for selfishness or division.
A club
The church was founded by Jesus and receives its disciple-making mission from him.
A country club
We do not pay dues in exchange for benefits. We ask what we can give, not merely what we can receive.
A license for division
Jealousy, selfish ambition and divisiveness have no place among God's people.
Your salvation
A loving church is a blessing, but only Jesus can rescue a soul.
Grounded.Growing. Going.
Our vision is to glorify God by following Jesus daily, equipping believers to make disciples and sending them out to serve our community and share the gospel to the ends of the earth.
Magnify Christ.
Does it magnify Christ in worship?
Develop disciples.
Does it help people grow through Bible study and faithful practice?
Strengthen the body.
Does it enhance relationships within the church?
What webelieve.
