More thana game.
Sports and recreation give us room to move, laugh, learn and build relationships—creating natural opportunities to demonstrate the love of Jesus.

Play opensthe door.
Recreation ministry creates welcoming spaces where children, families, coaches and neighbors can connect. Competition may bring people together, but relationships are the real win.
Whether the opportunity is a league, a one-day activity or something entirely new, we want every gathering to reflect Christ through encouragement, integrity, teamwork and genuine care for people.
Church softball
Each spring, our church softball team brings people together for competition, fellowship and plenty of fun. Season details and opportunities to participate are shared when registration opens.
Community walking track
Our outdoor walking track is available to our neighbors as a place to move, breathe and enjoy the campus. You are welcome to use it and make it part of your routine.
Purpose inevery play.
The details may change from one season to another, but these commitments remain at the heart of every recreation opportunity at Chattanooga Valley.
People first
We value every participant beyond performance, making room for encouragement, belonging and meaningful connection.
Character matters
Teamwork, effort, humility and respect matter more than the scoreboard. We want play to help form people, not simply fill a schedule.
Jesus at the center
Our aim is to serve families well and let the way we lead, coach and care point clearly to the love of Christ.
Energy. Joy.Community.
Some of our favorite ministry moments happen on the sidelines, during practice and in conversations that continue long after the final whistle.
Come connect.Come belong.
Recreation is one of many ways to meet people and take a next step at Chattanooga Valley Baptist Church.
