Do I have to sign in?
Yes. When you first log in, you will be asked to enter your cell phone number and you will be sent a code to log in. If the phone number you used matches your profile information, you’ll be signed in automatically and will see all your groups and information right away. If you don’t see your information, we may need to link your profile or set up your profile. Simply call the church office at 706-820-1911.
What about FaithLife?
Faithlife recently announced plans to discontinue many key features that our church uses on a daily basis. We began the process of searching for another platform and partnered with a company called Church Community Builder to take our communications and information to the next level with the all new Chatt Valley App. Once you have downloaded the Chatt Valley app, please begin log in and begin using it and go ahead and remove the Faithlife app. Your groups and profile information have been moved to our app.
Can I send messages?
Yes! You can send messages to your groups and have group discussions via comments.
Can "outsiders" see my info?
No. Your information is protected and we have taken great care to ensure that any non-member or “outsider” who downloads this app can’t see information or posts inside groups.
Can I give inside the app?
Yes! There is a give button in the menu bar where you can give online. You can also set up recurring online gifts at any frequency you decide. Giving is safe and secure online. There is a small processing fee for each transaction, so to maximize your gift’s impact, we also recommend using the offering plates where possible.
Is there a calendar?
Absolutely! A selection of events are always on the home screen of the app, and you can see the full calendar by touching the “Connect” tab.
What about serving opportunities?
You can see your upcoming serving opportunities, respond to requests to serve and get reminders in the app. Touch the members button, then serving. Contact your ministry leader with any questions about serving.
Can I post prayer requests?
Absolutely! Touch the members button, then “Prayer Requests”.
