What is VBS?
Vacation Bible School at Chatt Valley is fun, safe, and Gospel-centered. Everything your kids will do at VBS, from Crafts and Music to Rec and Missions, will have a Biblical connection for each activity. VBS is a special time of year where both adults and kids can learn more about the Bible, and have a blast doing it! This year’s theme is Start the Party. All week, we will be learning about the truth that the Bible tells us about Jesus is a great reason to start a party!
Monday – PJ Party
Wear your PJs as we kick off a week of parties.
Tuesday– Luau
Wear florals, board shorts, and sandals as we say aloha to day two of VBS.
Wednesday– Twin/Team Party
Rep your favorite team or twin with your friends as we party on Day Three.
Thursday– Throwback/Dress Up Party
Wear your favorite costume as we celebrate that Jesus is the life of the party.
Friday– Family Party!
Wear your VBS shirt and neon colors, and don’t forget to invite your family to stay and worship with us!
VBS T-Shirts can be purchased for $5 any day at check-in during VBS.
Theme Days
Schedule
While at VBS, your child will attend several different stations with other kids the same age. They will sing and dance in Music, where they will learn the motions and the words of our special VBS songs. In Bible Study kids will learn about the theme of the day and discover new stories from the Bible. Kids will put their creativity to the test in Crafts as they build something new every day. While outside at Recreation, everyone will be running and playing fun games that point right back to the lesson they learned in Bible Study. Kids will have a blast Celebrating the good news
